Collect Locally

Pickup Stations

Prefer to collect your order yourself? Choose a partner pickup station at checkout and grab your parcel when it suits you — usually for less than home delivery.

Why use a pickup station

Cheaper than home delivery

Station delivery usually costs less than door-to-door, because the courier drops several parcels at one address.

Collect on your schedule

No need to be home for a delivery window. Pick your parcel up whenever the station is open.

Check before you leave

Open and inspect your parcel at the counter, so any problem is spotted before you head home.

How it works

  1. 1

    Choose a station at checkout

Select 'Pickup Station' instead of home delivery and pick the location most convenient for you. The fee updates before you pay.

  2. 2

    Wait for the ready notification

We'll send an SMS and email as soon as your parcel has arrived and is ready to collect — don't travel before that.

  3. 3

Bring your ID and tracking number

Take a valid government-issued ID and your order tracking number. Both must match the name on the order.

  4. 4

    Inspect and collect

Check the item at the counter before signing. Once collected, the order is marked delivered and your return window begins.

What to bring with you

  • A valid government-issued ID (NIN slip, driver's licence, voter's card, or international passport).
  • Your order tracking number, from the order page or your notification.

Sending someone else? They'll need their own ID plus a written authorisation from you naming them, along with the tracking number. Parcels left uncollected are eventually returned to the vendor, so collect promptly once notified.
